Wine Country Gift Baskets Reviews

My sister sends me these baskets. The snacks are great, but wine is used for decorations. I already have wine flavored vinegar, so it's a waste for her $$

The company provided an excellent.The people who receive my gifts said that the presentation was excellent and the food was very good I would recommend anyone great job

I have to say reading multiple bad comments AFTER ordering, made me nervous and skeptical.
Baskets were the same as the photo, delivery was on time. And I ordered at the busiest time of the year.
Shipped on 28th, delivered on 29th.
Quite satisfied with their service!

I ordered a couple of gift baskets for Christmas presents to extended family. Order placed Dec 16th, delivery days available were presented, I selected the 24th which allowed 9 days to deliver.
Received notice at 2:45 am on December 24th that the shipment has left their facility, expected delivery Dec 28th. Did they move Christmas to the 28th due to Covid?
Further, I ordered one basket and they delivered a different basket, apparently, the basket I ordered wasn't available in Canada. However, they charged me the price of the unavailable basket while the one delivered was 15% cheaper?
On principle I want the difference refunded!
Thankfully we ordered baskets from other companies at the same time, to be delivered to other friends and extended family this holiday season, of which, all were delivered on time. Amazing.
I wouldn't waste your time or money with these guys. For such a simple business model, surprising how poorly this operation is run.

This company lies about delivery dates and their staff is rude. They completely messed up my order and they make people wait and wait and wait because they lied about delivery date several times.

I was worried because this particular basket had such bad reviews, and honestly I didn’t believe it because I ordered things before and they have been excellent.
I am super pleased, what a beautiful gift, I gave to a friend that was ill.
What a perfect gift, I always get tempted to buy me one, maybe one day I will.thank you for all the elegant work that you do.
